On October 22, visitors of Fashion Weekend Skopje will have the opportunity to see the Igor Markov’s review at the Museum of the City of Skopje. The last three days (October 23, 24 and October 25) will take place at the Museum of Macedonia, where we will see the latest collections of Jovana Filipovic, Elena Spasovska, the famous Kosovo designer Venus Mustafa, the Turkish fashion brand “Kigili”, Mitko Zanov, Irina Tosheva , Robert Ivanovski, Kristina Cvetkovska, Olgica Gorgieva and the first time in Macedonia, the Russian fashion house “N by Z”.
The twelfth Fashion Weekend Skopje starts on October 21 under the motto “Fashion and Cultural Heritage”, at the Museum of Macedonia. The event will open a fashion show composed of the final works derived from the several-month project “Fashion and Cultural Heritage”, while the opening part starts the day later and will last until October 25th.

– All the shows should be seen, that’s my recommendation. Everything is new, but I think that definitely should not be missed by guests from abroad. Conditionally speaking, there was some prejudice that guests from Kosovo and Albania show more extreme collections at the Fashion Weekend. For example, Venera Mustafa has an extremely modern design – says Ilic.

During the entire Fashion Weekend in the Museum, “Lotus Cosy Cinema” will take place for the first time. Apart from the short film “Thursday” by Milcho Manchevski, other Macedonian short films supported by the Film Agency of the Republic of Macedonia and projections of fashion films from the program “Dressing the Screen” will be screened by the British Council in Macedonia.
